Franklin’s Restructuring practice has advised Batigroupe company Domecco on continuing to roll out its growth strategy by acquiring French roofing company Crété.
Founded in 2014, Domecco is an independent company providing home building, improvement and performance solutions, including window and door systems and exterior insulation.
Domecco’s plan is to form a group of companies with Dauvillé and Crété in Nogent sur Oise, in order to deliver a highly diversified service offering and share fixed costs, while enabling each entity to continue to build strong local recognition.
Domecco is advised by Franklin partner Numa Rengot, assisted by associates Pierre Dupuys and Emilie Gassier. Aton Partners advises Domecco on financial aspects.
The court-appointed officials in the reorganization proceedings are:
- Trustee: Selarl V&V (Stéphane Vermue),
- Creditors’ representative: SCP Alpha MJ (Julie Hermont).
