Jérôme Michel
Jérôme advises public and private sector companies on public contracts, procurement and general public law, and represents them in administrative litigation. He routinely advises on competition law issues, sales of state-owned equity interests and privatizations. He has specialist expertise in regulated industry sectors such as telecoms and energy.
In the energy sector, Jérôme has advised companies and public bodies for over twenty-five years on power generation projects (PPA and IPP) and concession-type projects (BOT and similar), particularly in the field of renewable energy.
Jérôme has also advised numerous governments and companies (in France, Europe, Africa and Latin America) on projects, privatisations, the sale or concession of public assets, and the drafting of laws and their implementing regulations.
