Céline Greenberg

Céline Greenberg heads our department Arbitration.

Her career spans over 15 years, marked by an exceptional combination of experience in top-tier international law firms and direct work with arbitral tribunals.

Céline has acted in an incredibly diverse mix of arbitration cases, both as counsel and as secretary to the tribunal. Landmark proceedings include the largest ICC case in history based on the amount at stake (a USD 77 billion dispute in the energy sector), as well as ad hoc arbitrations decided, some decided ex aequo et bono.Celine’s expertise covers a wide range of arbitration rules, including ICC, LCIA, UNCITRAL, CMAP, AFA, and FAI, and she regularly applies diverse governing laws to complex disputes.

Known for her strategic insights and ability to deliver creative, effective solutions, Céline assists clients from the drafting of arbitration clauses through to the post-award stage (recognition, enforcement, challenges), without neglecting settlement opportunities.

She also acts as arbitrator.
